Advanced Hot-Melt Technology

Our fused bamboo decking is manufactured using advanced hot-melt lamination technology. We select high-quality Moso bamboo aged 5 years from the Sanming region of Fujian, China. This bamboo features uniform fibers and excellent adhesive bonding performance.

Unlike traditional cold pressing or standard hot pressing methods, this process allows adhesive to penetrate evenly into the bamboo fibers. Under high temperature and high pressure, the glue lines become extremely tight and stable. This significantly improves structural integrity and enhances resistance to delamination.

Performs Well in Extreme Temperatures

This decking performs particularly well in environments with significant temperature fluctuations. The high bonding strength effectively resists internal stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction, helping the boards maintain stability under extreme weather conditions.

As a result, the boards are less likely to crack or deform. Through process innovation, we provide a more reliable outdoor bamboo decking solution that can be trusted in demanding environments.

Our factory is located in Yong'an City, Fujian Province, China, an area known as the "Bamboo Capital." This region provides us with abundant, high-quality bamboo resources, allowing us to maintain strict control over raw material quality from the very beginning.

Our production facility is equipped with bamboo carbonization kilns, multi-blade saw machines, and thickness planning and sanding production lines, forming a complete and efficient manufacturing system.
